Stephen Caffyn Landscape Design Pte Ltd (SCLD) is an award winning Landscape Architectural Consultancy based in Singapore with projects around the region. SCLD provides a full range of Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design Consultancy services and has undertaken projects throughout Asia. Current and recent projects include, large scale masterplanning projects; hotels, spa’s and resorts; commercial and residential developments; parks and recreational facilities; environmental projects, as well as garden design, green walls and roof gardens.

The 14th of November is turning out to be a big day for SCLD. We have won or been shortlisted for several Awards for different projects on three different continents. The awards ceremonies span the globe, occurring in Singapore, London (UK), and Mumbai (India) on the same day.
Landscape Institute Awards (UK) 2025 - 14th November 2025
The shortlist entries for the Landscape Institute Awards (UK) 2025 have been announced and our Round Island Route Phase 1A project in the Dame Sylvia Crowe International Award for Large Scale Projects (10ha and above) category has made the shortlist for the Award. We will find out the final results on the 14th November in London, UK.
Singapore Landscape Architecture Awards 2025 - 14th November 2025
In Singapore, Sisters Islands’ Marine Park has won an Award at the Singapore Landscape Architecture Awards 2025 in the Parks & Recreational Landscape Category.
Punggol Point Crown has also won at the SILA Awards. The final award results are to be revealed at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner also on the 14th November 2025.
We will also be receiving the Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF) certification awards for Punggol Point Crown and for NUS Ridgeview at the SILA Awards ceremony in Singapore.
IFLA-APR LA Awards 2025 - 14th November 2025
We have been informed that our Punggol Point Crown is winner of the Award of Excellence at the IFLA-APR LA Awards 2025 and that this will be formally recognised during the Gala Dinner & Award Ceremony, in Mumbai, India on 14th November 2025.

Current Projects
What are we working on right now?
We can't show you much right now since these projects are ongoing, however work is progressing on Khatib Bongsu Nature Park; Somerset Belt Youth Park; a new Viaduct Park in Tanah Merah for LTA is in design stage; construction on Teacher’s Estate Nature Park is well under way; and Package 2 of the Bishan to City cycling route connections, includes a 682m long cycling and pedestrian bridge over the PIE, is also under construction. We also have multiple small parks and interesting HDB Housing Projects that are in various stages of Construction.

The Learning Forest was recently Awarded the Platinum LEAF (Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework) Certification.
The LEAF is a Certification scheme that that celebrates and encourages good landscape design, construction and management of development and park projects. It recognizes ecological, social, and climatic resilience and encourages sustainability in Singapore’s urban landscape and acknowledges best practices in Landscape Design and Management.
