The rice paddies at Sala Lodges have just been planted again!
Some friends have just visited Siem Reap, stayed at Sala Lodges and took some photos while there and its looking great.
We could do with some of that water here in Singapore at present.
The Resort just turned 1 year old and we must have had at least 3 rice harvests so far. All the rice (as well as the vegetables, herbs and spices) from the gardens is used in the fantastic dishes prepared for guests.
The hotel has been getting rave reviews on Trip Advisor - check it out!
