Went over to VivoCity to see the Festival of Biodiversity held over the weekend from 12th July to 13th July 2014.
Lots going on there with workshops for kids, lots of exhibits from groups such as NParks, Nature Society, NUS, and the Nature Photography group.
Exhibits ranged from taxidermy specimens, preserved specimens, slide shows, presentation boards, models, and aquariums with staff on hand to explain everything.
There was also the big announcement of the new Sisters' Islands Marine Park, which covers a 40 hectare area inclusive of the Sisters' Islands and the west coasts of St Johns Island and Pulau Tekukor.
Of course the Exhibition would not be complete without SCLD's very own Eco-Link @ BKE :)
